Thats just sad. It's 100% the parents fault but still very sad. Let's be honest, there's no excuse for letting your kids swim in a murky pool. I mean really, that's just fucking stupid. No visibilty, bacteria and God knows what else.

So...really, the story goes...Boy drowns after parents send him out to play in dirty pool (even though he's a bad swimmer) and don't pay attention to him. Sorry, but that's what happened and it's a fucking shame.
