This sounds more like a couple of little girls got caught doing things they shouldn't have been doing and are crying rape. If it turns out they are the should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

"She told police she awoke to her cell phone ringing and realized there was a man on top of her. The person on the phone, she told police, was her boyfriend, whom she went to see immediately afterward. He drove her to Union Hospital in Lynn, where police were called.

When police went to the home to look for the suspected assailant, they found another young woman lying on a couch in the basement, completely naked and unconscious. It took several attempts by emergency medical technicians to wake the woman, who told them she believed she had been sexually assaulted. She told police she was drinking and using the drug Ecstasy."

That sounds very suspect to me.
