Another unlicensed piece of shit.



Man seriously injured in Lynn crash
LYNN - A Hispanic male, who appeared to be in his early 20s, was thrown several feet into the air after being struck by a pickup truck on Washington Street, near Western Avenue, by an alleged unlicensed driver around 9:30 p.m. last night.

Chavez was arrested in Lynn at least once before, on Dec. 26, 2004, for domestic assault and battery.






Lock him up for a long time. We need to start setting a fucking example.
