Katrina Relief?

Where's all the charity organizations and musicians coming out to pass the hat for the victims of Katrina. Where's fucking Hollywood? Where's fucking Bono? Where the fuck is Tim Robbins? The tsunami victims hadn't even finished washing out to sea before all of the Hollywood pricks started telling us we are obligated to help Pygmy countries that hate us like Indonesia. (88% Muslim. I know, I know, not all muslims hate us, blah blah bah.)
Well, here are some victims that REALLY deserve our money. Our brothers and sisters. They can have my money. (When I figure out where to send it.)

Instant Messenger Quote of the Day!

Cr*******78: Bush is a fucking asshole. There's no excuse for an oil man being president and this happenning. Unless we're all getting robbed.

In response to hearing that if one of his accounts (A gas station that does automotive repairs in the Revere area.) wants to fill his tanks tomorrow he has to pay $3.47 a gallon. Yowza. These are bad times.

Where's the Pics Dude?

My very good friend John and I were joking about the Iraqi stampede this morning. We got out our Foreigner to American Casualty Conversion Chart and it turns out it's actually not that big a deal. It turns out 700 Iraqis is still only equal to 1 American's big toe and as tragic as it is for an American to lose their big toe, it's hardly a major tragedy. I commented that I was surprised there almost no pictures of this "tragic" event online and John pointed that the media doesn't post pictures of savages trampling over there own people but they have no problem posting pictures of wounded American soldiers. Of course if these 700+ Iraqis had died at the hands of our soldiers the pictures would be in the front page of the Boston Globe.

"What are these Bush Republicans afraid of? Dirty looks from the help at the country club?"

Woo hoo! Go Pat! That is a quote from Pat Buchanan. A conservative in the truest sense of the word. The whole commentary is here. If you haven't read it yet, READ IT! I love it. I think he's dead on. Calling for ol' W's impeachment may be a little over the top but hey, Bush is being way negligent in respect to our borders.
A national emergency

On Aug. 12, New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson declared a state of emergency "due to a chaotic situation involving illegal alien smuggling and illegal drug shipments" on his southern border. Three days later, Gov. Janet Napolitano followed suit in Arizona.

Reason: the crisis on the border. The ally-ally-in-free immigration policy of George Bush and Vicente Fox, beloved of corporate America, has created a hell on our southern border.

Those Southwestern states are being inundated by illegal aliens trashing ranches, killing cattle, committing crimes and eating up tax dollars. The traffic in narcotics and human beings from Mexico is a national scandal and a human-rights disgrace.

What is true of New Mexico and Arizona is true of our nation, which is now home to an estimated 10 million to 15 million aliens who have broken our laws and broken into our country. It is a mark of the cowardice of our leaders that they are so terrified of being called "bigots" they tolerate this criminality. The moral rot of political correctness runs deep today in both national parties.

A president like Teddy Roosevelt would have led the Army to the border years ago. And if Fox did not cooperate, T.R. would have gone on to Mexico City. Nor would Ike, who deported all illegal aliens in 1953, have stood still for this being done to the country he had defended in war.

What are these Bush Republicans afraid of? Dirty looks from the help at the country club?

The question of whether America is going to remain one nation, or whether our Southwest will wind up as a giant Kosovo – separated by language and loyalty from the rest of America – is on the table.

Where is Bush? All wrapped up in the issue of whether women in Najaf will have the same rights in divorce and custody cases as women in Nebraska. His legislative agenda for the fall includes a blanket amnesty for illegals, so they can be exploited by businesses who want to hold wages down as they dump the social costs for their employees – health care, schools, courts, cops, prisons – onto taxpayers.

Not only have Richardson and Napolitano awakened – they are on the front lines – so, too, has Hillary Clinton, who has spoken out against illegal immigration with a forthrightness that makes Bush sound like a talking head for La Raza.

Why is a Republican Congress permitting this president to persist in the dereliction of his sworn duty?

George Bush is chief executive of the United States. It is his duty to enforce the laws. Can anyone fairly say he is enforcing the immigration laws? Those laws are clear. People who break in are to be sent back. Yet, more than 10 million have broken in with impunity. Another million attempt to break in every year. Half a million succeed. Border security is homeland security. How, then, can the Department of Homeland Security say America is secure?

Who can guarantee that, of the untold millions of illegals here, and the scores of thousands ordered deported for crimes who have disappeared into our midst, none is a terrorist waiting for orders to blow up a subway or mall and massacre American citizens?

Most of these illegals come to work to send money back to their families. They are not bad people. But because they are predominantly young and male, they commit a disproportionate share of violent crimes.

Why should U.S. citizens be assaulted, robbed, raped and murdered, and have their children molested, because their government will not enforce its own laws?

Is this not an indictment of democracy itself? What dictatorial regime would put up with this?

The Republican Party claims to be a conservative party. But what kind of conservative is it who, to cut a few costs or make a few bucks, will turn his family's home into a neighborhood flop house?

In a recent poll, 40 percent of Mexicans – 40 million people – said they would like to come to the United States, and 20 percent expressed a willingness to break in. Time to cut the babble about how NAFTA is going to solve the problem. This is a national emergency.

Twice, George Bush has taken an oath to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." Article IV, Section 4 of that Constitution reads, "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion."

Well, we are being invaded, and the president of the United States is not doing his duty to protect the states against that invasion. Some courageous Republican, to get the attention of this White House, should drop into the hopper a bill of impeachment, charging George W. Bush with a conscious refusal to uphold his oath and defend the states of the Union against "invasion."

It may be the only way left to get his attention, before the border vanishes and our beloved country dissolves into MexAmerica, what T.R. called a "polyglot boarding house for the world."

Brilliant and perfect. Smart guy. Why isn't he our president again?

Common Sense has been Defeated. (Again)

Well, my new hero Jan Hall resigned. I can't say I blame her. The story is here. My previous post is here. I am really irritated.
Hall said she rejected the offers because officials did not address her key issue -- investigating how a principal at Englewood Elementary handled her complaints when a student battered her in 2002 so badly she underwent reconstructive surgery.

That woman is a saint. I would have killed the little bastard. I guess that's her reward for trying to teach the little savages.
Because she is leaving the district two years prior to her retirement, Hall will lose 10 percent of her pension, said teacher union president David DeMond.

Fucking bullshit.
Addressed ``Dear Honorable Congressman,'' the letter said Hispanics and other Caribbean natives were taking jobs and charged that Hispanics and immigrants were hurting schools.

Because they are. I guess that's what she gets for having an opinion in the new United States of America.

Rust!!!!

If, like me, you happen to carry a blued J-frame in a pocket holster heed my words. Don't put it away in the pocket holster for any extended period of time. The moisture from sweat and humidity in the holster will make your little guy rust. Also keep an eye on moisture getting under the grips. My beloved 1968 S&W M36 now has 2 rust spots on it. I feel like an abusive parent.

If anyone can find it their heart to donate a S&W M340 to me I can stop the abuse to my little M36 and give it a safe home in my safe.

In the words of Toby Keith...

I'm not as good as I once was.

Good Lord. I took a part-time job as a package-handler (Heh, package-handler.) at UPS for extra money while may wife stays home with my daughter, not to mention that once my benefits kick in it will save me the $492.00 dollars a month that I am paying for health insurance now. (Thanks Local 42.) (Oh yeah, I'll save my rant about the fact that I pay $492.00 a month for insurance while illegal immigrants wander into the emergency room and get treated on the tax payers dime for some time when I have more energy.)

Anyway, I would just like to say that this is the hardest gol-dang work I've ever done in my life. Being fat and 33 years old is no condition to take a job where you move HEAVY stuff from one place to another for 4 hours a night, 5 days a week. (After selling auto parts to mechanics who refuse to provide me with what kind of cars they are REALLY working on for 11 hours a day.) I've never felt more broken than when I get home from that hellhole of a facility.

On the bright side, if UPS doesn't kill me I'm going to be built like a brick shit house in about a month.

Hurricane Katrina

Looks like this is going to be a mother of a storm to the tune of 1 million homeless. With all the money we've been shoveling into Gaza strip relocations and stopping the AIDS epidemic in Africa (Which will never, ever, ever, ever happen.) I hope we've left some money in the piggy bank to take care of our own citizens. Probably not.

Jan Hall's Letter.

So, Jan Hall supposedly wrote a letter to her Congressman. Apparently this letter was soooooo terrible that a suspension of Jen Hall's job at the Sadler Elementary School was in order. Well, here is the letter. Let's see what was so bad about it.

Dear Honorable Congressman

Please consider my views when you are voting and representing voters.

I believe we must close the doors to all foreigners for awhile (sic) until we get this economy and the schools back on their feet. As a classroom teacher in Florida for 28 years, I know that foreigners are the largest users of our taxpayers' money. Foreigners are taking all of the jobs that poor and little-educated Americans could have. Many people are being paid under the table, and therefore they are not paying their fair share of taxes. Schools are dealing with too many problems with language differences, and time is lost to our American children who have parents who pay taxes. I'm seeing money going to local charities going to Mexican, Haitian, and Mid-Eastern immigrants instead of to the poorer people of American descent.

Our school at Sadler Elementary where I teach is 92% Puerto Rican. Please consider changing the laws and keeping these people home in Puerto Rico. They are trashing Orlando daily.

These P.R. children are holding American children back academically, and Puerto Rican teachers can keep getting extensions on their temporary certificates so that they are allowed to teach without proper training. I can truthfully say that Puerto Rican teachers at my school ask me continually for help with math, as they do not get but the equivalent of a fifth grade education in Puerto Rico. They almost always can do no algebra and rely on the system to get by.

I find that Haitian children are more aggressive in the classroom and have not been to school regularly. Their poor conduct is yet another real problem.

In Winter Haven, FL, a large orange grove area with Mexican migrants to do the work, jobs that poor blacks and poor whites used to take are filled by Mexicans, who I am told bring in drugs and disease, such as incurable TB, for the most part.

I know that the solution is difficult, but other countries protect their borders and do not allow foreigners to take citizens' jobs. Please do not allow criminals to stay, as they are filling the jobs in FL.

It's time to get our troops home!

Very truly,
Jan P. Hall

First of all, I agree with Jan Hall's letter 100% and I applaud her for having the balls to write it.

I believe we must close the doors to all foreigners for awhile (sic) until we get this economy and the schools back on their feet.

Yup. Sounds like a good idea to me. Notice she said "awhile". Nothing too harsh about that.

As a classroom teacher in Florida for 28 years, I know that foreigners are the largest users of our taxpayers' money.

True.

Foreigners are taking all of the jobs that poor and little-educated Americans could have. Many people are being paid under the table, and therefore they are not paying their fair share of taxes

True.

Schools are dealing with too many problems with language differences, and time is lost to our American children who have parents who pay taxes.

True.

Our school at Sadler Elementary where I teach is 92% Puerto Rican.

God Damn. 92 percent? Are classrooms in Puerto Rico even 92 percent Puerto Rican?

These P.R. children are holding American children back academically, and Puerto Rican teachers can keep getting extensions on their temporary certificates so that they are allowed to teach without proper training. I can truthfully say that Puerto Rican teachers at my school ask me continually for help with math, as they do not get but the equivalent of a fifth grade education in Puerto Rico. They almost always can do no algebra and rely on the system to get by.

I imagine that must be VERY frustrating.

I find that Haitian children are more aggressive in the classroom and have not been to school regularly. Their poor conduct is yet another real problem.

Could be true. She would know. She's been a teacher for 28 years.

I know that the solution is difficult, but other countries protect their borders and do not allow foreigners to take citizens' jobs. Please do not allow criminals to stay, as they are filling the jobs in FL.

ATF for Kids!

I don't know why I find this so funny but I do. There is nothing inherently funny about the site other than the graphic at the top of the page. In fact, it's pretty much the same as the regular ATF site with the exception of the graphic but, of course we all know how much children enjoy reading about the ATF so I can see how this site would have been in big demand. I wonder how that meeting went...

Sgt. Stadenko: "Alright guys, we really need to get a handle on all these illegal guns and untaxed cigarettes."

Officer Lackey: "I know! How about a web site for kids!"

Sgt. Stadenko: "Good thinking. Remember, the bigger the bust..."

Officer Lackey: "The bigger the bust the bigger the boost!"

Officer Stadenko: "Let's get going!"

The Thinning of the Herd Continues

From TheCarolinaChanel.com . Story is here. Or many more here.

A 15-year-old boy shot during a California burglary has died.

Police said a 59-year-old woman returned to her South Los Angeles home Tuesday morning after a walk and was confronted by a boy wielding a tire iron. She shot him with a handgun she keeps for protection. The woman wasn't hurt.

The district attorney's office will determine if the woman will face any charges.

Authorities aren't releasing the boy's name.

Bravo, 59 year old woman! Bravo!

Stop Snitching? Start Shooting.

Anyone wearing one of these should be shot. Any parent letting their kid go out of the house with one of these should be shot. I'm just saying.

Another Illegal alien kills an American citizen.

The Lynn Item reports that 19 year old Lynn man Joshua Fromer was killed on his motorcycle by an unlicensed illegal immigrant. The whole story is here.

The driver of the Passeo, Jose Lopes, 25, of 10 Libby Court, has been charged with motor vehicle homicide, failure to use turn signal and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Not just unlicensed.

Lopes initially told police he had moved to Lynn from Guatemala approximately 10 months ago. Subsequent investigation revealed that his Guatemalan driver's license is fraudulent. Prosecutors said Lopes admitted to being in the country illegally, and suggested he may have a prior arrest on his record.

Illegal. Another f*&^ing illegal alien. If I here another idiot say, "Oh, they just want to come here to work, those people work really hard, everyone has a right to the American dream." SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP! You know what, we have enough lawn care professionals in this country. There are ways to come to this country legally. Come here legally! Learn the rules! Play along! He cut off some poor kid on a bike and killed him. He could have killed you, your kids, your Mom... People need to start getting pissed about this. Enough already. (Updated. You know what? If illegal's insist on coming here from Mexico, Central and South America I wish they would at least continue to use burrows as their main form of transportation. It would be a hell of a lot safer for all of us.) (Updated. And another thing, there is no doubt in my mind this would have been a hit and run had there been no witnesses. If an American went to Guatemala and killed a 19 year old Guatamalan, the American would get shot and dragged through the streets.)

mAss Backwards Firearm Removal Program

Pure genius from Bruce over at mAss Backwards. (Plus, my blog is mentioned.)

Here is the link.

For crying out loud! Pay attention!

The Boston Globe reports, "US warns that terrorists may pose as 'vagrants' ." How do they know? Because it looks like one already has.

The message noted a recent incident in Somerville, in which a police officer became suspicious about someone who seemed like a street person. The officer questioned the man and found he had a passport from a ''country of interest" -- typically a Middle Eastern or South Asian nation -- and a checkbook with a questionable address, the e-mail said. A probe is continuing, the e-mail added.

Somerville city spokesman Mark Horan said the incident occurred in early July, when the man walked back and forth in front of the Social Security office in Davis Square and kept looking in the windows. He was evasive about what he was doing but wasn't arrested. Police passed the information on to the FBI, Horan said

Yeah, for pete's sake don't arrest him. After all, you'd risk offending the "street person" community. Good Lord, security takes my Mom out of line at the airport for nail clippers but they can't bring this guy down to the station for some questions? Something in the system is not functioning properly. We're doomed to another attack if people don't remove their heads from their asses. (UPDATED. The suspect was Yemeni. Yumping Yemeni.)

We are so far away from this...

My buddy John reacquainted me with this and I thank him for that.

In the execution of such a plan nothing is more essential than that permanent, inveterate antipathies against particular nations and passionate attachments for others should be excluded, and that in place of them just and amicable feelings toward all should be cultivated. The nation which indulges toward another an habitual hatred or an habitual fondness is in some degree a slave. It is a slave to its animosity or to its affection, either of which is sufficient to lead it astray from its duty and its interest. Antipathy in one nation against another disposes each more readily to offer insult and injury, to lay hold of slight causes of umbrage, and to be haughty and intractable when accidental or trifling occasions of dispute occur.

So, likewise, a passionate attachment of one nation for another produces a variety of evils. Sympathy for the favorite nation, facilitating the illusion of an imaginary common interest in cases where no real common interest exists, and infusing into one the enmities of the other, betrays the former into a participation in the quarrels and wars of the latter without adequate inducement or justification. It leads also to concessions to the favorite nation of privileges denied to others, which is apt doubly to injure the nation making the concessions by unnecessarily parting with what ought to have been retained, and by exciting jealousy, ill will, and a disposition to retaliate in the parties from whom equal privileges are withheld; and it gives to ambitious, corrupted, or deluded citizens (who devote themselves to the favorite nation) facility to betray or sacrifice the interests of their own country without odium, sometimes even with popularity, gilding with the appearances of a virtuous sense of obligation, a commendable deference for public opinion, or a laudable zeal for public good the base or foolish compliances of ambition, corruption, or infatuation....

Canada Shmanada

Um. Wow. Canada really is lost. Stumbled across this Sunday.

"This gun thing has been a scourge in our communities. I liken it to something as bad as the AIDS epidemic or drugs," said Ron Stalling, a 32-year veteran of the U.S. Secret Service, who was among the more than 700 police officers attending an international conference presented by the National Black Police Association in Scarborough this week.

The gun "thing." Aye chiuaua. You took most of the law abiding citizen's guns away. You mean some people still have guns? Gasp! How could that be? You don't think perhaps the criminals refused to turn theirs in do you? Also, I'm not going to rant about this too much but... Can you imagine if there was a National White Police association? Good Lord. There would be riots in the street. Seriously. There would be.

"We knew what the problem was when we came in here this morning," said Stalling, who served as the moderator of a session about the impact of gun violence at the Delta Toronto East on Kennedy Road Friday. "No one remedy is going to fix this broken thing that we face here. But this doesn't take rocket science...we need to get involved to evolve."

LOL! Ok, I'll try to be as race sensitive as possible here. Why do so many black speakers feel they need to use corny rhymes like,"...we need to get involved to evolve." in their speeches and addresses?

"We learned that communities can solve this problem," he said, noting that people have to overcome their fear and know that it's okay to express an anti-gun view.

And how exactly will that benefit them should they find themselves staring down the barrel of one?

"It's okay to say no to guns...that's the starting point," he said, noting that it's also essential that the broader community begin to understand that gun violence is not a black-on-black crime.

In Toronto it is.

Sain quoted statistics from 1998 telling her colleagues that there were more than 30,000 deaths attributed to gun violence in the United States that year.

I searched the web for a half an hour trying to confirm that statistic. I found about ten different answers. What Sain doesn't mention is a LOT of those deaths are suicides. According to the Illinois Council Against Handgun Violence 17,108 of the deaths were the result of suicide. I'm ok with someone buying a firearm to blow their own brains out. Just don't do it on my property and don't hurt anyone else in the process.

However, should a decision be made to issue firearms to every London bobby as a result, then Rhoden would leave the force, he said.

"I do not want to carry a firearm," he said. "I do not want every officer to carry a firearm."

Why are you in law enforcement? For chrissakes become a park ranger or something. (Not that there is anything wrong with being a park ranger.}

Canada and Europe fascinate me because if we're not careful, we are on the road to being just like them.

Canada making a little sense...

It's a few days old but I stumbled across this today and my eyes almost popped out of my head!

Councillor Michael Thompson says that police should be allowed to "target" young black men at random as part of a crackdown on guns. And he points out that, as a black man, he himself could be stopped under his own plan.

Thompson says a large percentage of the guns being used and a large number of victims are in the black community; and that's where police need to focus.

Holy crap! What a concept. Let me get this straight, you mean investigate where a large percentage of the problem is happening and not just blanket the entire city and overextend your police force? Why didn't someone else think of that?

Toronto Police Chief Bill Blair immediately rejected Thompson's suggestion, saying the idea is inappropriate and "will not be the practice of our service."

Right, of course, because no one in Canada has guns anyway, right? Well, none of the law abiding citizens anyway.

Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty joined the chorus of politicians criticizing the proposal.

"I don't understand that approach and I'm glad that it's been rejected by police and the mayor," McGuinty said in Toronto on Wednesday.

C'mon, you REALLY don't understand it? Really, REALLY, don't? Swear on your mother's eyes then. Then I'll believe you! You may not agree with it (For whatever guilty reason.) but you can't sit there and say you don't understand it.

"Scaring all of our black youth is not about getting at the thugs. It's about racial profiling. It's very stupid of him to do that and I think he needs to apologize to the community immediately."

Um....HE IS THE BLACK COMMUNITY!

The councillor told Canada AM Wednesday that reaction that his office has received via emails and phone calls has been mostly positive.

That's because people who don't work in politics have a tendency to MAKE SENSE!

Black police officers attending the National Black Police association's 33rd conference in Toronto called Thompson's plan a violation of human rights.

Aye Chiuaua!

There have been 30 gun-related deaths in Toronto out of the 44 murders in the city so far in 2005.

So much for Canadian gun control.

Well, I'm off to the deli to look for a socket wrench.

Wally World

Just ran across this on the Herald's site and I wanted to throw my 2 cents in.

Lynn may not really be the City of Sin, it's hardly a seventh heaven for shoppers either. Ditto for practically every other Wal-Mart-infested community in Massachusetts.
Still, you have to be really, really dimwitted to think that Lynn's downtown - or other downtowns in the Bay State - would be thriving had not another one of Sam Walton's outposts sprung up on a big vacant lot just outside the main drag some years ago.

Thats an understatement. Lynn's downtown went down the toilet in the early 1970's. I remember my mom would take me down there to visit the few department stores that were left and even as a child I could recognize it as the mess that it was. Did Wal-Mart even exist back then? Probably but not around here. What did exist was welfare and section 8 housing. And boy howdy lots of it. The fact that the neighborhoods surrounding downtown were packed to the gills with people who didn't respect this country, didn't give a crap about the property they lived in, and didn't bother to RAISE their children is what destroyed our downtown. It WAS NOT a safe area. Hell it wasn't a safe area 10 years ago. The only reason it's marginally safe now is THERE IS NO REASON TO GO DOWN THERE. (Unless you're bailing someone out, the police headquarters is still down there.)

By the way, it pisses me off that Wal-Marts in Lynn and Salem won't sell ammunition. That's a statement from Wal-Mart about what they think of the citizens of Lynn and Salem as far as I'm concerned. Oh well, I'd rather go down to Four Seasons anyway. Maybe I can talk my wife into a new J-frame. (Not very likely.)

All fired up for the cheap stuff!

Ok, I know beer. I love beer. I've been brewing beer for the past 10 years. It makes me feel Jeffersonian. My point is I know what beer is supposed to taste like. Some of my favorites are Harpoon IPA, and Ipswich Stout. However...

Lately, due to my newfound frugality (A trait you acquire while attempting to keep your wife out of work to raise your baby. My wife worked in day care, we KNOW what goes on.) I have been experimenting with the left side of the beer chest at my local liquor store. You know, where they keep the Pabst Blue Ribbon, Schlitz, and Ballantine Ale. Let me tell you, if your palate tends toward the domestic mass produced beers (And I'm not saying there is anything wrong with that.), you are wasting your money on Budweiser, Coors, and the like.

I remember when I was a kid, Gramp's refrigerator always had a few ice cold Schlitz stacked in the back. I remember seeing Schlitz signs everywhere when I was a kid. Apparantly Schlitz was THE beer back in the day so when I saw Schlitz at Kappy's for $5.99 a 12-pack I figured what the hell. Guess what? It's pretty damn good.

The crazy old guy that used to live across from me when I was a kid use to drink fat little bottles of Ballantine Ale. It's really cheap at Kappy's. Guess what. It's pretty damn good.

Now, my new personal favorite. $10.86 for an 18 PACK of the superb Pabst Blue Ribbon. My Dad used to drink it when he was down cellar building stuff. (Or hiding from us, can't say I blame him.) You need to get it really cold but it's PRETTY DAMN GOOD.

Seriously, these beers were on top at one time. They just got their asses kicked by multi-million dollar advertising.

That is all.
Johnny
Former beer snob.

Whores!

Whores!!!! There's whore in my hometown! I'm ok with that. If a man chooses to pay $30.00 for a few minutes of pleasure in what is undoubtedly a very lonely life, then so be it.
What weirds me out is the fact that there are something like 20 different gangs operating in Lynn
and not enough police to deal with them.
OK, I admit I wouldn't want a brothel next door to me but If police have time to bust up whorehouses how am I supposed to believe there is no time to deal with the serious gang problem in Lynn. Besides, you have to LOOK for whore houses. The gangs are right there in the open going about there business. Take a ride through the highlands, you cant miss them.

Jolly Good Time!

Ok, I might as well jump right in. I find this amusing. I don't think it's funny that an innocent man got shot but.... Hey, Europe! Guess what? Your government lies to you too! Haha! As an American I've come to terms with the fact that my government is lying to me. In fact, I'm downright ok with it! But I'm sick of the rest of the "civilized world' pointing their fingers at us saying,"Oh, you stupid Americans, you don't even know when your government is lying to you." Yes we do! We just stopped caring a long time ago. Honestly, I could care less who the British police shoot because I don't live there and I'm never leaving the U.S.A.
I guess all those years of the Bobbies (Is that how they spell it, I don't really care) not carrying guns left them a little itchy in the fingers. That worked out well I guess.
